1. Terminal installation and transportation cost is excluded, and subject to delivery to a specific area
2. NICTA annual fees apply
3. Advertised speeds represent the fastest shared speeds
4. Unlimited plans are subject to Fair Usage Policy – FUP
5. Even after allocated priority data has being used, service will still operate at lower speeds
6. Quoted rates include GST/VAT. Exchange rate fluctuations may cause rates to change without notice
7. Depending on terminal bought and model, a 1.2m antenna, a 2010 or 2510 modem, and a 2W/3W transceiver are included in the terminal charge.
8. Plans with up to 120mbps require a 3310 modem.

Refund/Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds & Returns: Customers may request a refund or return within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original condition.

2. Service Cancellations: All service cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Late cancellations may result in charges for the next billing cycle.

3. Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
